Digital transformation is the topic par excellence in companies, whether for medium-sized companies or large corporations, nationally or internationally. Committed and knowledgeable specialists and executives are needed everywhere in order to implement the digital development and change processes for companies. Bachelor graduates from the Management & Digitization course drive the transformation from the point of view of the specialist departments and form the interface to IT.
The Management & Digitization course is aimed primarily at professionals from commercial and economic fields of activity, the course has a focus on economics. However, you will also acquire basic IT knowledge during your studies in order to be able to assess the feasibility of the IT projects desired by the specialist department and promote them accordingly. In addition to modules such as “Human Resources”, “Financing & Investment” or “Turnaround Management”, the curriculum also includes basic content on software engineering, ERP systems and IT management.
In their future field of activity, the graduates deal in detail with the question of how analog processes can be transferred to the digital world in the course of digital transformation and implemented in IT projects – in close cooperation with business IT specialists and IT experts and independently of industries, departments or subject areas.
